Do the decent thing and vote NO.
Saville would vote yes,
decent people vote NO
Dublin footballer Ger Brennan has stood up to the bully boy tactics of Cusack and the GPA by calling for a No vote in today’s Indo.
Saville would vote yes,
decent people vote NO
the kind of people who vote yes just want to be seen as cool, its just a bandwagon, and we all know how the Irish love a bandwagon, the yes supporters are disgusting, this is no level to which supporters of homosexualism will not go to
“I’m sick of the accusations being flung around that if you vote ‘No’ you are homophobic. I know I’m not homophobic; my gay friends and family can attest to that. I am voting “No” because I don’t want our Constitution to deny that it is a good thing for a child to have a mother and a father”
“The reason why the Constitution recognises marriage in the first place is because of its role in connecting children with their biological parents. That’s why the Constitution describes the family based on marriage as “the natural primary fundamental unit group of society”. Children’s interests should come before all else. So if we redefine marriage and the family we are obviously going to affect children.”
“This isn’t a referendum on whether we like gay people or whether they should be equal citizens according to the Constitution. They already are equal citizens. Article 40.1, which deals with equality, declares that all citizens shall be held equal before the law.”

The most articulate no advocate yet.
A good Jesuit education is standing to him.
Is Brennan a Belvo man? I remember during the National League a few years back there were ads in match programmes about him visiting various church dioceses (spelling?) around the country to talk about religion and spirituality.
He is a Belvedere old boy.
Scholarship student in Belvo. Holds a Masters in Pastoral Theology (may be Fitzgibbon related)

All no advocates have been articulate, it’s the right thing to do.
he’s from just off Dorset street…an estate in on the left the opposite side of the road from auld triangle pub I think…you’d see all the Dublin bunting up in the estate when dubs are playing … he’s dead right to stand up to the bully boys…i mean people threatening to leave the country if no vote wins…well fuck off then, they clearly don’t want to live in a democratic state…
Sigerson?
Fitzgibbon on the brain
fair fucks to brennan, he is twice or three times the man of say that fucker brendan courtney or ms panti or chris o’donoghue.
the word equality should be banned, thats the next referendum i want. equality earned as a result of stamping your feet in a tantrum is not equality. its a dangerous route.
the biggest campaigners for equality on here for example are outright prejudiced to minority groups such as asexuals and polygamists, not to mention the general public who for their sins are just simple normal hetrosexuals
Are things like inheritance, legal rights to property etc covered in civil partnership?
To stand out and say no is brave and I’ll be voting NO just because it’s what I believe and I hate the yes bullies
Those things are, yes. Other things aren’t.
