How many of them did they develop themselves? How many did they hoover up elsewhere? Good scouting counts for a lot. Benfica are great for it. Brighton look like they’re taking on the Southampton mantle.

Darwin will prove a great buy yet. He has 15 goals scored this season. Liverpools second highest scoerer and only finding his feet. 15 goals would make him comfortably Uniteds second highest scorer as well.

I see ‘record breaking’ goal scorer Haaland ended the season with 36 league goals, 1 shy of the 37 that Ron Davies scored for 19th placed Southampton in season 1966/67.
Good effort from Harry to score 30 League goals in a season when Spurs were utter rank from start to finish. Excluding penalties, Harry just 4 shy of Haaland.
