I see his best man passed away and Pep is allowing him compassionate leave. Dunno if he’ll be playing Saturday

I didnt even know he was married.

100 goals in 104 games.

Oh my word

Champions League Football GIF by UEFA

It’s hard to believe he hasn’t averaged a goal a game in the circumstances :man_shrugging:

Cuntish from him at the end.

I’d say Gabriel had thst coming to him. Bit of a bang of Pepe off him. Silva gave him a dig a second later too.

Fuck Arsenal with their ‘cramp’.

I noticed some of the Arsenal players sinking to the ground after the equaliser after their ‘heroic defensive display’.

They decided to play like that for the entire second half along with pricking about with time wasting.

I really don’t like Arteta.

There isn’t enough of that in the game.

Sky were determined to rebrand the City v Arsenal rivalry as the second coming of the Arsenal v Yanited rivalry of 98-05. The needle you see these days is very WWE. Modern players are fannies

At least there was some needle compared to the wank fest between Liverpool and Man City over the last few years.

As Silva alluded to, in order for it to be a proper rivalry both teams need to be competing for Champions League.

Bernardo Silva was asked after the game what the main difference between Liverpool and Arsenal is and the Portuguese midfielder did not mince his words. "Well, perhaps because Liverpool has already won the Premier League and Arsenal hasn’t.

“Liverpool at that time had also won a UCL, while Arsenal hasn’t. Liverpool always faced us head-on, to win matches. From that perspective, our games against Arsenal haven’t been like the matches against Liverpool were, and still are,” he told ‘TNT’.

thatll have carryharry spitting out his cornflakes

Arteta overthought the sending off. Even had it worked, it was a real small club mentality.

He played SIX across the back.

Timber, White, Saliba, Gabriel, Califiori, Martinelli

Then of the other three, two of them were Rice and Partey.

Was Saka injured?

I don’t know. I doubt it.

Man City were clueless for the whole of the 2nd half against those tactics and only got the equaliser from a lucky deflected clearance … I think arteta got it spot on

Sport is about luck as much as anything else. Arteta and Arsenal rode theirs and got caught.
