Neuerâs white socks and white shorts are very off putting.
Pyatov has never filled me with confidence as a keeper. A complete flapper with no presence. Doesnât say much for the other Ukrainian keepers when thus lad has been first choice for years.

Ukrainians very unlucky in that passage of play, should be level.
Ukraine have one ruled off for offside. German defence has coughed up 4 decent chances to a workmanlike Ukraine side. Defensive injuries may come back to haunt than as the tournament progresses

Germany, Italy and Spain notably weaker than the last Euros.
France and England a bit better, no Dutch.
Belgians, Portuguese and Croats are in the mix but have no real pedigree in international football.
I was very pessimistic about Italyâs chance but after seeing the competition I fancy our chances, there are no great sides there.
