UEFA should take serious action here. The likes of Russia and Croatia who can’t control their fans in the grounds should be deducted points or even thrown out of the tournament.

I think it’s the latest in a line of efforts by some Croatian fans to embarrass their FA and get them fines and enforce change. It’s an orchestrated campaign but heavily influenced by right wing factions now.
