Its naturally being overshadowed by the big rugby game this Sunday.
I believe that the view in the camp is to close out the qualifying campaign as early as possible by beating those horrible Scots.
They donāt have a proper first team, never mind a reserve team.

Coleman is out of the Germany game but still hopeful of playing in Poland on Sunday.
Is CiarƔn Clark injured and out of both games?

Are we leaning towards Christie or Meyler? Meyler played right back away to Germany if I recall correctly and I canāt remember if he was ok or not. I think Iād pick him regardless of whether Christie is fit.
Isnāt Meyler set to play central midfield alongside McCarthy?
Itās part of UEFAāS new āWeek of Footballā concept, which is a really shit idea.
I donāt know. Someone put up a list of available players please. Iām finding everything very confusing this week.
Are you bringing The Thrush?
Martin OāNeill has reduced his provisional 40-man squad to 27 for Irelandās UEFA Euro 2016 Group D qualifiers against Germany at the Aviva Stadium on Thursday, October 8, and Poland in Warsaw on Sunday, October 11.

I see the Daily Record mocked up a picture of Lewandowski sucking a dummy and did a piece calling him a baby. Himself and the manager were asking for a strong referee and complaining about tackles in the return fixture. Would that offend you Poles and make you more determined to beat them?
in,
where are we going drinking first?
how about The Celt Bar on Talbot St or The Submarine in Crumlin that held a fundraiser for FOTF Vol. Alan Ryan a while back
hit it hard before the game
better off going home early anyway

Meyler as he looks more Irish
I wonāt be drinking before or after the game due to other commitments. I might get a fizzy pint of Carlsberg for ā¬5.80 at half time though.
please state what the other commitments entail
Robert is a world class striker and a Catholic. Playing at the top top level. He will have no fear from some horrible Protestant Scottish bastards. God and the Pope is on his side.(His wife is cute as well).
Was supposed to be. Unfortunately a bout of foot and mouth has put my participation in doubt.
So are we looking at something like:
Given
Christie OāShea Keogh1 Brady
Walters Hendrick McCarthy Meyler2
Hoolahan
Long
1 Iām assuming Wilson is definitely out, is that true?
2 Hendrick played wide the last day and did well but I think we need to bring him in centrally rather than expecting too much of Meyler. Weāll be very narrow on the left anyway.
Weāre desperately short of options. Keane and McGeady the only players of any note not starting in that lineup. And weāre relying on a half-fit Hoolahan against Germany which is far from ideal but we just donāt have the options. If McGeady was more match fit Iād play him and drop Hoolahan and go for a 4-5-1. Iād even think about playing Ward or someone and letting Brady play left wing.
Wilsonās fitness is still to be decided. That team is horrifying.
