Wales look really sloppy so far.
Shaping up to be a crap enough game because Portugal are sitting off and fear Bale’s pace. They’re happy to leave the Welsh centre backs with possession and don’t want to push up and leave space in behind. Wales themselves are better on the break.

Disappointing shot from Bale but good to see him taking more control
Bale’s running really becoming a factor now. I thought he had a bit of time to steady himself a small bit more before that shot though.
Portugal have offered very little so far.
Sidenote: a guy from Limerick who I work with refers to Pepe as “Pep”.
