Very enjoyable game, think there’ll be goals yet. Have backed both teams to score and a dutch win, the draw and czech win at 13/2, 5/1 and 16/1 respectively.

Not sure what the ref needed to see the second time that he didn’t see the first time. He just got it wrong but nothing new on the monitor for him.

That incident had shades of Shay Given on van Nistelrooy at Lansdowne Road in 2001. De Ligt slipped and once that happened he was always going to impede Schick. I think I would have held off on a red card and stuck with yellow, it was close but I think that would have been the right decision. De Ligt’s natural falling angle took his arm into the ball. He definitely swiped at it as well, but even if he hadn’t swiped at it or made contact with the ball I don’t think Schick was getting through cleanly, De Ligt’s body was already impeding him.
Dumfries can do it all. Great chance that.
The Dutch surely have a better keeper than Stekelenberg?
