Apparently unlikely alright but you could get groups where the bottom two sides draw & lose both of their other games.
Hungary have gotten this game tactically and strategically perfect but missed their big chances.
They’ve only bloody done it.

I reckon Scotland have about a 30-40% chance of going through if they get a draw.
Scotland need Denmark and England to beat Serbia and Slovenia which is very plausible. Serbia would overtake them with a draw though. They also need Spain and Italy to beat Albania and Croatia. Alternatively Portugal and Turkey beating Georgia and Czech Republic would suffice. They need two of those favourable scenarios to happen.
