Just looking at the current standings for the third placed play offs, Albania (on 11) are ranked Number 1 for the one automatic slot. After that (in order) its Hungary (11), Norway (10), Russia (7), Netherlands (7), Ukraine (6), Eire (6), Slovenia (6), Israel (6).
The Dutch are in deep doodoo as the Turks have taken the lead against them in their crunch qualifier.
