They have pretty much left a whole team at home for this as they have progressed to the full international team.
7 of the Confederations Cup squad are eligible for this, then there are other full internationals like Tah, Sane, Weigl as well who are not involved in either this summer.
They seem to have savage amounts of energy though and don’t tire.

Ze Germans are fairly taking the piss with the depth of quality they have. I don’t think their starting team is actually that unbelievable but every player they have is replaceable by someone of almost as high quality
