Irish heat on The Late Late tonight.
I reckon the TFK vote will go with song 3 Kasey Smith. I base this on the sole basis of having seen all five entrants on the news earlier, although none of them were actually performing their song at the time.
Won it 7 times, about time the Euro-song famine was ended.
On a related note whatever happened Chris Doran and Mickey Joe Harte?

Song one won’t end the Eurovision famine anyway.
Quiggy impressed Louis Walsh there anyway - “that’s a worldwide hit, right there.”
Its all fucking kicking off
That bird Kasey has to win.
We can’t send any of these other cunts.
Amazing tv!
“You are an odious little man!”
Linda Martin has lost the plot.

Just heard snippets of all five entries for the first time a few moments ago.
None was as offensive to my ears as last year’s songs, which were awful, from what I remember.
However none jumped out at me.
Possibly number two, although if any of the other entrants have a tenuous connection to the forum I’m willing to jump ship right away.

I’m cautiously jumping ship to number five.

While it’s always great to hear Paul and Charlie sing the all-time classic Rock and Roll Kids, the key they’re singing in tonight is much too low.

Three songs tied on 20. Wow.
Diana from Cork is lovely. She doesn’t have a Cork accent either.
“I’ve got some great scores here from Sligo”
The worst song gets picked yet again!!! :D:D:D I can’t wait for all the “how did we do so bad again?” when we don’t even make the final.
Incredible scenes. Greatest RTE blunder since the Kevin Reynolds scandal.
