IMHO this will go down as one of the great Eurovisions. It was very open, there was incredible drama, and the right song won, the politics lost. A big night for the integrity of this competition. A fitting end the chaos of the few days leading into it.

My Grandad was stationed there before he met my Grandmother. There was some form of incident there he was involved in, after which he was moved to the Monaghan Armagh border. My mother spent years trying to find out more about it but twas a closed book.
