There arenāt enough nutjobs in Limerick to elect Emmett. Which is saying something when you think about it.
Iād say he has no interest in the council once he realised he wasnāt going to get a seat in the dail. He could create a few headlines now as his term comes to an end.
EOB was pretty close in 2016, the Shinner who disputes the moon landings was close in 2020, James Heffernan, last seen stealing a book on parliamentary debates, was close in 2011
