A very poor effort. That wind up article from Tipp has PM spitting fire. 
You’d think it would be easy for someone to Kilkenny to condescendingly put down Tipp’s inability to win back to back All-Irelands considering they’ve won 11 of the last 17.
But he just comes across as very bitter. Seething, in fact.
