The fact that Aircraft leasing companies all choose Ireland as their base to locate because of ridiculously generous tax laws seems to be lost on the man who exploited said lenient tax laws to make his personal fortune, and now wants another cut on the way out .

I don’t begrudge Domhnall his success, but at the same time the narrative that the super-rich need to be taxed less rather than more is something I would struggle with.

@backinatracksuit the guards are haunting Curraghchase at the moment handing out fines.
I know of one person who told them her nearby address, they got out a phone put in the address and said “you actually live 5.6km away, if we catch you here again you’ll be getting fined”
I’ve also heard of a woman from the city who went out their for a walk and was fined on the spot.
