Ordinary lime and water? Can you spray it? It’s for the inside of an old cowshed. Concrete with fairly flaky paint on it now. Quick job just to clean it up a bit.

Sorry there’s another ingredient I’m trying to rack my old head, better cheaper no toxic option is ordinary emulsion watered well down, lime is awful shit to work with
I’d just give it a brush down with a distemper or ordinary soft floor brush ( don’t wet it)
