It amuses me the amount of people who have asked this question recently either in this thread or to me via PM.
I basically spent about two weeks begging people to sign up and as soon as we get the 20 people, everyone wants in. I made it clear we needed 20 people and no more. Everyone and anyone had a chance to join at the time.

Had he been from Limerick or Tour say, we could have kicked WITJ out and put him in instead. 
I can see myself losing interest in this about 2-3 weeks into it.
I overhauled my team last night and much happier with it now.
