I think you owe Adlene Guedioura an apology. After slagging him off for not getting up and getting on with the game yesterday when Wolves were a goal down to Aston Villa it seems he broke his leg in that challenge and will be out for at least six months.
Brutal work from the physio though… he had him bending his leg and standing up and everything until Guedioura fell over again.
I offer Adlene Guedioura a full and unreserved apology.
That said, I did qualify my abuse of him for staying down injured for 2.5 minutes of the allotted 4 minutes of additional time when his team were losing to local rivals by 1 goal by saying he may in fact have a broken leg.
It turns out that this is the case.
