FAO Kinvara's Passion

I think you’ll find all Christian holidays derive from pagan holidays.

I’ve a mate in Donegal who looks after those few bits

Well Mixer, tough week ahead on the sites.

What sort of sand to cement ratio would you use to keep them cunts of blocklayers happy?

It has come to my attention (Daft.ie) that the most expensive location in the Connacht /Ulster section is… Kinvara.
The cheapest properties in the entire country (RoI) are in Bundoran and Castlerea where prices are on average €91+96k respectively).
Say what you like, the sthone wallééns, electronic gates, 12’ islands and granite tops pay for themselves.

The half acre rolling lawns would be a huge catalyst in all of this too… though they are quickly transitioning from neatly manicured carpet like surfaces to wild pallettes of colour as the blow-ins are gone mad with their Bee-Bombs.

In all fairness ref Bundoran you’d need to be a pay hard money for any outsiders to even contemplate living in the kip, poker machines and bingo, and serious wind chill, fuck all else

@KinvarasPassion Kinvara on Nationwide here.

@KinvarasPassion hope that was you driving around the village celebrating there now

Was through kinvara yday evening about 6pm. Stunning little village. Had no idea it has as much about it as it has.

I haven’t seen a soul all day pal. Kinvara is busy these days.

All the lads passing kinvara think that you’re Donal Sugrue.
