Did you ever get backed up due to the bulletproof?
I drink a lot of black coffee and some days if I am out on the road and don’t get to a jacks I get backed up alright, according to my research it’s the coffee that does it by drawing the liquid out of your intestine and colon, Making your shite too hard to pass out of you, you’d have to be drinking a savage amount of coffee though, which I do, bullet proof coffee alone should not cause it as the coconut oil should keep things moving. A tablespoon of cod liver or olive oil should sort you right out good and proper I have discovered. Further advice is available in the constipation thread
