I was at a game yesterday where 3 subs were introduced 20 seconds into the game. It was ridiculous to see it really.
They went on a week to Portugal in April of that year. Had been booked in January apparently. They denied it was for training, saying it was a holiday and that a lot of parents went too but it was to a hotel that was well known for hosting team training camps.
That’s a disgrace in fairness.

Serious cunts there in fairness. Ref should have refused them.
Well done St Pats, Limerick city on winning the division six final. Would be great if other city based clubs could start eating into Na Piarsaigh’s dominance - (nothing against Na Piarsaigh whatsoever but the more competitive GAA clubs in the city the better)
Can’t really. They are sticking to the letter of the rule rather than the spirit but they are allowed to do it even if they are complete cunts for doing it.
Agree but fuck that they should just be told to fuck off. At least give the kids 10 mins.
Paul curran was their manager and he denied they went on a foreign holiday/ training week. He said they used the facilities in carton house maynooth over a weekend which is about 30 mins from ballymun!
Ya it’s not even the rules, it’s what these guys who are “coaches” are doing to the kids they are taking off. They should be taken off the jobs try have in those clubs.
What clubs were at it?
This was a foreign trip alright. Think it was a Dublin side
They went to Portugal in advance of the Peil. I didn’t think there was any dispute on this. The only dispute is around whether or not it was a training camp or a holiday.
I for one don’t believe they did.
Everyone - including the Mun lads - agreed they went to Portugal Evileye.

Meanwhile at our caherdavin neighbours there was no tea and a ref had to be escorted off the pitch
You obviously weren’t there so you shouldn’t post lies you heard in the pub!
Where is Old Christians situated.
Who won the division 2 final?
Paddy Christie was their manager, not Paul Curran. He spoke about the trip to Portugal in an interview the Examiner. Will post up a link later, on the phone now.
O Donovan Rossa of Antrim. Ballyboden won the div 1, beating Douglas in the final.

Division 1 champions Ballymun Kickhams won the prestigious underage All-Ireland, a first national title in the club’s history, on Sunday. The club had sent the U14s to Browns in the Algarve in Villamoura, a popular senior inter-county venue for pre-season training camps, three weeks before the event in Cork and had been accused of organising a training camp but manager Paddy Christie dismissed the notion. “We went away for four days,” said the former Dublin star.
“I’ve heard numerous things being said, saying we were taking advantage and were cocky booking it before we won the Dublin Féile.
“But we booked it January. It was not a pre-championship preparation. We would never do that. It was a social trip and there were 15 parents with us. There was no mad fitness training.
“You can see how situation developed. But I’d say we trained for 10% of time we were there. It was more for the kids. When you’re training in January it’s something to look forward to. If we were knocked out we would still have gone.”
