You often hear that but plenty good ones have come back such as Imperial Commander and the great Kauto Star.

He was a shadow of his former self when he returned after his last injury but had many hard races undere his belt by then. One of my all time favourite horses, having backed him when he won Ryanair and Gold Cup.
I backed Denman that year, he’s up there for me with Burrough hill lad
Oscar Zula runs sunday in Cork. Much better race and this may help him settle early doors. I have my own opinion on what happened in Clonmel. I would definitely be putting him up on sunday and he should be a great price.
