Top 10 is where you’d be looking really though wouldn’t it? I mean ya wouldn’t be aiming below 11 really? A UK biais in the other 90 would be typical for a UK mag. A US mag would have hardly any UK birds on it.
US got MBB 3 in the top 4 and there’s 5 North Americanos overall. I would agree though, Scarlett right in there for Britney - easily.
Ah yes but the US ones are global, there’s plenty of fine birds on US TV such as Yvonne Strahovski (sp) in Chuck who is the better of any on that list apart from Fox imo. There’s just some lazy picks there I think.

Don’t watch Heroes or Lost either. My knowledge of Ms Panettierre came too early in her career. I acknowledged her potential and won’t dispute your agruement for her inclusion, but there’s something at the back of my mind still saying wrong about it, wrong wrong wrong.
