Probably, but England and Belgium will only know for sure the night before they play. It has to be an advantage to be the final group to finish up, thus you know how the draw is shaping up.
It’s quite possible we could have the much-anticipated Brazil-Germany last 16 clash, but with Germany as group winners and Brazil as second placers.
I think England would be best advised to just go out and try to win, no matter what the draw would be. They’re certainly doing that today.

I said they were better on the ball and creating the better openings until the third goal, yes. Anyone that watched the game could see this. England destroyed them from then on. I can analyse a game without just relying on the scoreboard
