If you can string 15 together you can play in the RCW it seems. You have to go through a qualifying process to get to the football world cup… I’ve no problem with some of the lesser countries playing, just getting through the qualifying process is huge for many countries. The world cup is a festival of football and after an arduous qualifying campaign, teams that get there deserve their moment.
