I think this is a fatal flaw with the VAR.
Imagine a scenario where there is a handball in the box that the referee misses and awards a corner instead of a penalty. The offensive team score from the corner (which should have been their penalty) within the space of a minute. 60 seconds later the VAR team are ready to call the referee back for the handball. Does the goal still stand?
It’s a disaster waiting to happen.
