Self-inflicted tbh. Dumb penalty to concede & canāt think of Australia forcing any saves from our keeper. Being carried by 3 or 4 accomplished players but canāt fault their effort.

The decisions to leave Angie McNally, Noelle Healy, Cora Staunton and the Eimearnator out the squad in favour of a load of useless Yanks have come back to haunt us.
Rianna Jarrett of Wexford Youths and Brighton fame would have buried that chance in the first half. Coach Pauw also overlooked relatively well known former internationals such as Sarah Rowe, Karen Duggan, Stephanie Roche and Katie Taylor.
