Fingal - Irelands Cesspit

You wouldn’t see the likes in some third world shithole.

No wonder so many of the residents are bitter and twisted. Swallowing mouthfuls of their own and others’ shit.

Similar scenario across the country…it’s a disgrace.

Down the road from me you could swim 30 years ago in Corbally baths, not a hope now.

Well yeah, it’s Limerick, so it would be up there with Fingal, New Delhi, Port au Prince, Mumbai, Lagos etc.

Certainly explains why the Fingal based posters on here are so full of shit.

That spot is actually polluted by Shannon banks (Co. Clare). They should never have built that estate on a flood plain.

Has this anything to do with Rockos recent sewage problems?

Didn’t he try to flush an old fridge down the toilet?

Add Portmarnock to the list.

The people of Fingal are literally swimming in their own excrement. No hope of this ever getting sorted when people refuse to pay for water.

Haven’t swam since this happened fagan. It was a once off switch broke in the pumping station in the middle of the night. I’ll be letting the tide wash my shit over to your neck of the woods before I get back in the water.
What’s more of a concern is that if there is a very heavy rainfall the sewage stations can’t handle it and it overflows. This happened last Monday night with the thunderstorms.

I was lambasted last week for suggesting you lads swim in your own shit… Low and behold… Beaches in Clare were closed this week too… As I said, only a peasant would swim in the sea.

You’d be safer out in France.

we are paying for water mate, through our motor tax

Oirish water isn’t fit for purpose

You’d want your head examined to swim in Irish waters…

yep, you are 100% right

We already pay for water - Irish water and the resulting billing/charges were set up to pay for the administration of the new company only… throw it in as a once a year payment with household charges and let the civil service admin it at no additional cost to us.

Do fixie riders pay motor tax?

That water gets tested about 3 times a week. You know when it’s safe to swim and not swim.

you do know my fixie was robbed? a bit low bringing it up

to answer your question I don’t think its considered a vehicle so there is no tax
