sure all the back 4 did in previous regimes was langer it up the field.
Also need midfielders with an engine. Hours are mediocre athletes

Again, it is cause and effect. When you are John OâShea with a ball at your feet and nobody is showing for it what do you think he is going to do with it?
I would be the first to call out our defence if they were huffing it when there was options to play it into midfield but it was seldom the case. McCarthy had a really annoying habit of dropping into areas where he knew he would not get the ball, utterly cowardly carry on.

no matter what system Kenny picks is going to be let down by the quality of player available to him.

he is trying something. He is trying to get them to play in a certain system. He has about 5 training sessions with them before games. Going to a back 5, something heâs never done to my recollection is not a realistic goer
Also, we had to rob a centre half off the 21âs this week because we had no other fit ones to play in a 2.

What was the point in Hourihane and Hendrick playing nearly all of the 3.33333333333 games? They must have been on fumes yesterday. It was an ideal chance to give Cullen at least a half last night.

Fairly weak point. Our whole squad got decimated, not just at centre half. OâShea is also our 3rd best centre half and was picked ahead of Kevin Long

Can anyone tell me why Hourihane constanly receives the ball in the left back position? Heâs supposedly a central midfielder.
