This poll is a shambles, condiments mixed in with accompaniments
And no room for subtlety like I like my regular bun toasted but not a brioche. But if it was a bbq I might toast one side of the brioche lightly

It also depends on what type of burger it is for the condiments.
I do like an occasional slice of pineapple on a burger too
Some days you might just be in the mood for a simple auld burger with a bit of red sauce

I do like the gherkins on a mcdonald’s burger but wouldn’t be putting them on a butchers burger at home.

My favorite burger was the Lennoxs cheese burger with salad. It’s what I recreate to a tee every time I make one
Nobody does a hamburger like the yanks in fairness to them. Can’t beat a good burger where the juices are dripping down your fingers while eating
Lettuce has no place on a burger is my only hard and fast rule. For burgers. Not life.
