This Kevin fellow hoped I’d lose my son’s birthday present money on one of his bets.

As gentlemen go, he’s a very unsporting one and I wouldn’t take any notice of him @Mac

how did he come to think any man woud bet his son´s birthday present money FFS??..

Some men have to resort to taking a chance, hoping a hope, crossing their fingers and wishing upon a lucky star to put food on the table and provide for their families, scumpot.

Kev appears to hate the poor.

Mate, I gave you an easy money maker and you threw it back in my face when you bottled it and followed the jibes from some idiots here who think they are betting legends.

I’m not sure what’s funnier. The fact that you continue to discuss items you know nothing about, or the utter crap you spout when discussing such items. Successful gamblers will always follow value. An example being TTK following the prices on Ulster continuing to be wrong in the Heineken Cup. Another example being every bookmaker understating how good Atletico Madrid were at the start of this season. There’s numerous examples posted throughout the horse racing thread.

What you see as people following patterns is more likely to be following value. I’ve supplemented my income for the past few years following my own system and will continue to do so. What you perceive it as doesn’t really bother me to be honest.

fancy Man City (-1) at 2/1 this evening…

It would be a bet I’d steer clear of. The pitch is is being played on looks horrific, completely cut up and uneven. The ground staff were spray painting it green on SSN this morning to hide the big brown patches on it

So what you are saying basically is you only put up a certain amount of your bets here that mostly lose but all the other bets you make has your supplementing your salary.

Whatever helps you sleep at night fella.

Today the below looks ok and will pay about 7/1

Leicester 6/10 vs Bournemouth

Forest 5/6 at yeovil

Leyton orient 10/11 vs rotherham

In Israel Hapoel Ra’annana are way over priced at 3/1 to win at Bnei Yehuda

Bnei Yehuda are second from bottom and lost last 5 on the bounce, Ra’annana who were the subject of our winning punt last week when loosing 3-1 against Akko are not actually a bad side, they had a man sent off after 20 min last week and immiediately conceded a goal to set them back. They are doing reasonably ok so far, drawing with Hapoel Tel aviv and Beitar Jerusalem.

Again, outside the top 5 there is nothing to choose between the remaining 9 teams in Israel really, games are played in front of poor crowds and all teams are capable of taking something bar ramat ha’sharon who are banjaxed in last,

Bnei Yehuda are 5/6 to win this based on the fact they are at home, it matters fuck all, the stadium will be empty as el classic is on and they play in Macabi Tel Aviv’s stadium anyway, Ra’annana are a decent side and are very much value at 13/5 – 3/1

Done:

United, Liverpool and Arsenal all (-1)

United, Villa, Arsenal, Inter, Liverpool

United, Villa, QPR, Forest, Inter Dortmund

Villa Rudi? They’d be one team I wouldn’t trust in a multi.

I have done well in recent times with the big clubs an the handicap. I think some of the clubs have such strong squads (Bayern, PSG, Man C etc) that the pressure is always there to perform. They are also so professional now that playing away to inferior opposition is just the same as playing them at home. I find you can get reasonable odds on them away from home sometimes when all logic suggests they are odds in.

Villa at 5/2 at home to Everton today with Benteke back in action seems like extremely good value to me.

Ya, decent home odds, but in reality Everyon are a much better team.

forest for the third week in a row scupper the accumulator and the Ra’annana game ended 0-0 somehow after they dominated the opposition,
down a few pound after that, bollux

I think Newcastle have turned a corner form wise in the past few weeks and I will be back them to get all three points away to the hapless Sunderland to - 6/4 with Powers

Agreed on this. 1 point double on this and Diego Costa anytime goal scorer.

A couple of tipsters are saying Watfird are bankers tonight and are great value at 2.7. Two predictions have them winning by more than 1, which is 5.5. Going to a small bet, maybe double up with Getafe at home.

Trixie of Atletico -1, Villareal and Roma to win to nil to keep me entertained for the evening

should this post not be in the degenerate gamblers thread?
