Incorrect. Only played in 2 World Cups. Debuted in 1984 and retired in 92

All from placed balls I think.

Free kicks against Colombia in 1998 and Ecuador in 2006 and a penalty against Argentina in 2002. I can’t think of any other World Cup goals he has scored.
