Might try and scalp a ticket later. How much would one go for, lads?
The only things getting bottled today will be you and Blandage.
I find it strange that lads have so much optimism about this team under OâNeill. Late goals have very much papered over the cracks, would be delighted if we won but I think our management team is a busted flush and for some reason gets off very lightly in the criticism scales compared to their predecessor
Any word on the Lord of the Wing? Is he out or will he make it? My attendance at this game depends on his inclusion.

Doesnât sound like youâre doing it right mate.
Maldini said: "He he is a very good young player, who is not only extremely talented but who also showed the right sort of personality in such an important match last week.
âDespite all the pressure and the atmosphere he showed his natural instincts and remained calm in all situations and that is important. At this sort of level, it is important for a team to have someone who can do something which is quite different. That is the sort of thing which can alter the course of these kind of matches and I think McGeady can turn out to be one of those rare players.â
Relentless teasing
The 21-year-old announced his arrival on the European stage back in 2004 when his dribbling skills drew on-field applause from AC Milanâs Alessandro Nesta during a group stage match at Celtic Park. However, the Republic of Ireland international has been accused of lacking an end product to go with his bag of tricks. Last night that all changed and his relentless teasing of right-back LuĂs Filipe earned him the plaudits of team-mates such as goalkeeper Artur Boruc who claimed McGeady had the potential to be even better than Manchester United FCâs Cristiano Ronaldo.
Iâd like to sit with the common man though.
0-0 against Ireland, 0-0 against England - 0-0 against Scotland would complete the set.
I think Eire had a 0-0 draw against Wales not so long ago too.
@HBV - I would have asked you to put the Eire team in touch with that prostitute of yours, as itâs the only way theyâll score, but then I remembered that half the team are already prostitutes themselves, as they play for a âcountryâ they donât even come from.
I will be watching this game wearing an Ireland shirt signed by Damien Duff.
We are going to smash these lickspittle scottish cunts, which wonât be reflected in the scoreline which will only be Republic of Ireland 2 - Scots cunts 0
!
Late goals papered no cracks . The ROI squad is pretty average all told and we are doing well enough to be competitive in a mediocre group Germany excepted
The optimism is because was are playing Scotland . They are mediocre .
Sporty and stylish and made from the perfect material to highlight those disgusting man tits, you bitter little Glasgow Celtic obsessed fucking weird cunt[/QUOTE]
Fuck up, you blathering bastard. Iâm getting ever closer to a six-pack and Iâll look very smart in my attire. Nothing weird about my allegiance to Celtic - I wish my starving ancestors hopped on a boat to San SebastiĂĄn and set up the team of the universal Irish there but I play the cards weâre dealt with. I also went to see Riverdance last year by the way.
I agree to an extent. I certainly think Trap got a much tougher time from the general media. In fairness to RTĂ theyâve been equally critical. Where I generally disagree with most pundits is on expectation. We simply donât have good players.
We have a goalkeeper who is 10 years past his peak. A decent full back, another full back who solves a problem not by being a good full back but because he can take set pieces. Two centre backs who are inconsistent performers on the wane.
McGeady has talent but hasnât produced much. McClean has precious little talent. A plethora of journeymen midfielders. One classy striker who is near retirement unfortunately and some game runners to play alongside or instead of him.
I think this is a big test for OâNeill. Trap got criticism for not winning games but I donât think he would have lost in Glasgow. Iâm very unconvinced by Keaneâs involvement but OâNeill deserves to be judged on the whole campaign and can turn things around today.
Scotland probably have better players available to them but theyâre very beatable and weâre in a position where we need to make that happen.

Heâs 29 now and, unfortunately for us, he turned out to be shit. Celtic mugged off Spartak Moscow getting ÂŁ10m for him.
Giles is seething to be left off the panel for Sadlier for this game. Disgraceful decision.
I still think weâll win but I have to say, @Rocko and @ big mick mccarthy have posted some excellent opinions above.
See âthings that are wrongâ for more chat on this, mate.
Youâre meant to put the balls n all in, right?
Thanks mate. Iâve been busy trying to prepare us for our move and have neglected some threads on here as a result.
