Looking for a rain jacket , outdoors casual type but for warmer weather. I have a decent winter parka and an auld shitty regatta bum freezer for the summer. Anything that would be light or breathable but be down below your waist, maybe to the thighs etc like a winter length coat?
Patagonia had one a few years back but pricey .
