I think it’s a hair transplant? When he first got it done I thought he’d been overly aggressive in how far he brought his hairline back. A man in his 40s should have some recession.
There’s an older guy I used to work with and he maintained every hair on his head (naturally). It just looks odd and if you covered his face you would think it’s a woman’s head.

No, weight to gain before the op. Was 12 1/2 . Wanted to gain about a stone before the op but that was put to bed as it came around so quick. Down to 12 now. Perfect BMI kid.
