I was cycling to work this morning. As I was passing the lidl in Porto it started to rain. I briefly contemplated heading right at the roundabout and getting a dart but i thought about the joy the cycle would bring and headed on left and up to baldoyle. The rain stopped by the time I’d hit the seafront and I was delighted I’d made the right call. Then I got a puncture just opposite the maxol garage. Had to lock up the bike at kilbarrack and get a bus. I’m stuck in traffic now coming up to the north strand.
