Yeah and he put manners on Podge Collins as well in the all ireland final replay.Anyway Shane O’Neill was the best full back in the country this year and it was the fact that we were so open out the field that caused the full back line to be taken to the cleaners in the all ireland final replay.Conor O’Sullivan is also very unlucky but they were always going to throw a token all star Limericks way.I think there’s better players on that Limerick team than Richie McCarthy.I also think Lorchan McLoughlin is very unlucky.He had a great league and great games against Kilkenny and Dublin.
I suppose Cork made a better fist of things against Clare than Limerick did anyway!

Moran is a leader. He may have flaws but he’s capable of feats that are beyond most players.
He hardly deserved an All Star all the same, for throwing over a few points against a dud Kilkenny team.
He was very good against Clare as well in fairness to him.
