I think there is an option to opt out of auto renewal but sounds like you missed that.

Yep has an auto renewal that they give about one weeks notice of! Might be worth trying to reason with them, failing that complain that your service is terrible and they might refund. But surely you’ll make use of it?

Depends when you paid for it. My option to cancel auto renew finishes on 4th February. Otherwise I am paid up.
