GAA Managerial Merrygoround Thread

I’ve a feeling it was the 92 final, but might have actually been played in early 93

Not sure any of them were still there in 2010.

The younger crew were a brilliant team. The Nire beat them after a replay in Munster in 2006 and they went after Kearns then.

Aaaragh I was fairly certain that the heroes of the commentary had slipped into retirement, it was an excuse to pay homage to their heroics in reality.

Another heavy night in the Glen………

‘The Maor’ gave a young Micheal Martin some scandalous abuse during the 2015 Munster Under 21 Football final

Sounds like a grand auld yarn

Another Dublin manager who’s sole aim every year will be settling scores with the Galway county board

The date on the video is New Year’s Day 1993. I took it out last night. Great shout

Billy Lee has stepped aside in Limerick. He got a great tune out of them to be fair.
The next appointment will be crucial but Lee did a great job with them.

It seems Tomas has played silly beggars with Offaly and duignan

I think hes becoming principal of his Primary School so Kerry Under 20 would be less intense.

Well duignan clearly thought he was going to replace Maughan as he was talking about it while Maughan still had job !

There’s hardly a lot involved in managing a county’s U-20’s is there?

Benny the cap is well able for it.

Will you stop :stop_sign:.

When Monaghan fall, the fall will be hard. I can see them doing a Wolves on it and going from Division 1 to Division 4 in successive years.
