Give stats for the amount of registered adult and underage players and the number of teams, for every year in that time period.
Measure it against the overall population of each parish, each county, and the country as a whole.
None of this negates the argument about the split season.
Any hypothetical increase in the number teams in a particular place has fuck all to do with the timing of the inter-county championships.
Common sense says its a reversion to the mean after Covid dressed up for PR purposes by split season zealots. And none of these players play inter-county.
