I don’t think I ever properly introduced myself or that I knew a flatty but he’s served me a few times and I’d have a queue-friendly chat if he was pouring pints. He’s an absolute credit to his Rahoon stock. All those lads pulling pints in the Cromwell Áras basketball court are dead-on in fairness.

No bar for the League games anyways. Salthill said the turnout was shocking for League last year bar Armagh and Clare games so they can’t justify it. They will have it back for Kilkenny, Dublin and a potential Mayo match in the summer.

Heard he’s unlikely to play this year. Hopefully not true but the way PJ spoke about him a few weeks ago it didn’t seem like he’s going to be available any time soon. Came back to save the club from relegation last year. Played injured and I don’t think it done him any favours.

Hard enough to win down in Kerry without gifting them 2 goals from nothing.

That said it’s a bit of a thrown together Galway side that probably won’t resemble much the team that will start the championship. Hopefully a few players show something.
