Galway - quadruple travails part 2

What was he doing just lying there like that? Looking for trouble if you ask me.

No Johnny Maher No party

“I wanna dance with you” :boot:

His own man and all.

Moycullen and pearse stadium are both soulless barren shitholes. The highlight of moycullen is a crusty van in clooniffe

Sarsfield needed a big lead at HT with that wind but didn’t punish Toms enough. They had 2 goals chances and butchered both. Toms never panicked and slowly but surely got the job done.

Loughrea have a lovely cut to them. Plenty direct runners who will give Toms plenty of it.

Will we see lads in Toms/Town half/half jerseys? The astute punters had earmarked Loughrea but the bogball merchants like @Lazarus thought they knew better.

@lazarus should stick to talking about Notts Forest. At least when he gets it wrong no one notices.

Another routine County Final then, Thomas victory/Loughrea defeat

Disappointed for Sars. L’rea dark horse. Be a good final. No one predicted.

Loughrea’s under the radar run was a lovely bitta stuff. Coen absolutely bullied young Brennan in the first half and that McManus lad beat the Bridge singlehandedly. Toms still haven’t left second gear yet and are right there for an ambush but you can’t piss away 3 goal chances like Sars today. Young John Cooney was anonymous.

It won’t happen but no one would begrudge Johnny Coen a County title to top off a great career

I wouldn’t be overly sure of that.
