Galway - quadruple travails part 2

We were only toying with them

A lot of deflection going on from some of the usual suspects.

Thought it was a poor game and Limerick were more than good enough to keep us at arms length when required.

Shefflin is trying to find a few more players, Not many jumping out on that showing. With the way the season is now structured, this is still pre season stuff really, and it showed for both sides I thought.

He’ll hardly get away with that.

Referees & linesmen are fucking hopeless missing swings like that.

Kyle can’t seem to cool his jets at all. Limerick were winning at there ease.

That’s not what I pointed out.

Real sense of panic in everything they did in final 10 mins.

With the wind they had they could/should of taken the long range efforts required to at least draw that match

Dunno why Limerick are being so sensitive. We only made a comeback when they decided to stand off. They were 6 or 7 points the better team. That O’Brien was excellent.

The Limericks getting very wound up over a wee game of pucaround in February

He had to go

As soon as I saw Donal O’Shea starting I knew it was a challenge match tempo. Was also interesting to note the amount of Munster rubby beanies adorned by the Treaty folks. I thought they were too cool for the St Munchkins.

Lengthy ban incoming

Naughty naughty. He’ll pay yet in a something game, like Garoidge

He has that in his locker as they say.

I’m surprised he hasn’t been opened up. Nothing against him doing it, it’s part of his game as it’s been part of many lads games over the years but most of those lads would get it and give it. He doesn’t seem to get it all that much.

Hard to retaliate when you’re rolling around on the floor trying to get a lad sent off in fairness

You’re hardly that harmless that you think that’s the only time to open a fella. Did you ever play a game?

I only ever had eyes for the ball

That’s ok, a lot of lads gave it up at U12

Hayes got a nice little dunt on the back of the head when he bursted through after the incident as is the way.

Sean Stack is just a piss-poor referee. Hayes should have walked, no argument about that. Equally, he put the book back in the pocket when he realised Padraig Mannion was already booked before his pull across Hayes.

Stack was very unusual in his application of the advantages.
