Galway v Kilkenny All Ireland Hurling Final 2012
He has a thinly disguised abhorrence of Tipperary, the 1995 U21 final seemed to have a profound effect on him. Whilst his offering after the semi-final made some valid points it was unecessarily sneery in parts.
post it up there and I’ll analyse it

Christ he twisted the knife big time - reference to " Tipp for the men , KK for the hurlers" and he also referenced in fairness from both sides no plausable evidence other than drunken rhetoric about woodlocks claims for 5 in a row from the top of Tipps bus following 2010!
Probabably should be ignored!!!

There was plenty of thinly disguised digs alright.

 None of em too thin!!!

He has a hatred of tipp and indeed Clare , he has a self righteous snout on him too. His article on Tipperary as quoted above was pathetic and snivelling. He’s a proper unwiped arsehole

Try and buy the odd newspaper , that way you’ll at least have read some of his work before you trip over defending him.

To be honest I think that argument is retarded. Of course its the biggest match they have ever played, its an All Ireland final. Many teams have come to finals first time out and won. You dont have to the experience of losing finals before winning one.

Galway’s lack of finals experience is a positive I reckon. They havent been hammered by KK in Croke Park unlike most other teams who are beaten before they leave the dressing room in many cases.

What makes it so certain that KK will play at a higher level than the rest of the year? The Tipp game may well be the peak of KK this year and at that Tipp were so woeful I think it does them no favours.

If Galway match KK physically and mentally, will the likes of Shefflin, Larkin, Hogan, Fennelly, Walsh be able to go to the well once more late in the second half to get them over the line? Are the supporting cast good enough to lead the team to victory

You’re right. I should have said very different. The likely Kk team to start on Sunday will show 8 changes to the one that beat Limerick and 7 to the one that beat Waterford.

Does that question qualify as quite?

Probably need to clarify for some simpletons. That’d be Limerick 2007 and Waterford 2008.

A newscaster on 2fm this morning said that Michael Fennelly is definately out of the final. If this is the case then we are fucked.

Galway by 4

This changes everything.

You’re making your call on a report on a music station from a reporter whose name you dont know?

Fair enough so.

She was the newscaster on the 07:30 bulletin. But yeah, I know it’s a dodgy source. Did she mean to say Michael Rice. The fact that it was 2fm, it was a girl who wasn’t from the sports department means there are a lot of variables in what I heard. But I heard what I heard and it was on a national radio station.

I’ll check over on KKcats.com

Oh wait…

have you heard this yet

You can gladly add Cork to the list too . Bitter as fcuk to this day about stepford wives comment. A real hatchet job on Cork before the league game with KK this yr. Appearently the Cork/KK players don’t exactly like each other and of course it’s all Cork’s fault. Butter wouldn’t melt in the mouth of those KK lads, according to himself.

hmmm think she meant Michael Rice. sports news on 2fm.
