Standing room only in the Applegreen. The only Kk man in a sea of maroon and white. Theresā€™s even lads selling maroon hats flags and headbands outside. Weā€™re going to be ridiculously swamped in the crowd today. Great to finally get a bit of pre match build up. Bring it on ye cunts!

Talking through your hole. I see. Carry on then.

Iā€™d like to see Galway win this as it would make Mrs. Kremmen very happy

Kilkenny by 5 though.

Someone should I guess

Am I right, am I right?

Weather conditions in Dublin? KK donā€™t like it overcast & showery.

Overcast, but nothing too bad.

Horrified Rating.

The weather is a football fan, not a hurling fan.

:speak_no_evil:

Mannion thought he was pulling a bull by the snout. Can easily happen.

Yeah, he was prob dosing cattle in the morning and got confused

Overcast.

Galway need to break a few fingers today, good & proper. And today will be Joeā€™s day.

Itā€™s bloody cold for an AI final

Cloudy but dry

If it rains Galway will tear KK a new one. Cats dislike rain apparently.

Can some Galway poster throw up an inspirational yet really twee scene setting post there, please?

Similar to how @Phil Leotardo used to do before Limerick matches, and I attempted to do yesterday.

September 6th has historically had poor weather for All-Ireland hurling final day. 1987, 1992 and 2009, the last three times the final has been on this date, were all dark, wet and horrible.

The 1992 hurling final was the first time I attended an All-Ireland final in either hurling or football, and I got thoroughly soaked on the Canal End during a murderous burst of rain.

Had a few pints in Ballyragget last night. General consensus is that they believe they are at their most vulnerable in years. But as I pointed out, the general consensus was the same after 2010 and theyve added three since.
If Galway can pull it off it will be the shot in the arm that the hurling world needs. This would be a better achievement than Clares 2013 win.
