Galway v Tipperary - All Ireland Senior Hurling Semi-Final 2017

What the fuck is Mick Church at.

Very disappointing from the Tipp lads here - The Galway lads are winning this one hands down.

Tipp’s work rate is improving significantly and looks to be back to 2016 levels.

In 2016 Tipperary won the turnover-in-the-tackle battle in every competitive game that the team played (34-26, for example, in the All-Ireland final)

In 2017 Tipp lost the turnover battle against both Galway and Cork. Against Clare, however Tipp won the turnover-in-the-tackle battle 25-18 adding a further fifty-four tackles, three hooks and nine blocks bringing the team’s combined hook-block-tackle count to ninety-one (Clare sixty-five) - against Cork Tipperary lost the turnover-in-the-tackle battle 18-21 and the hook-block-tackle count 66-77

Interesting stats. If joe is embedded into a pitchside sign though they’ll mean fuck all.

Here is a video clip I just embedded

What are the Galway stats for the same mate?

Are you starting to flip-flop again?

Beautifully embedded.

Don’t rely on him as much, but he is still a vital cog in the machine. Having other good options at 14 has made the main difference, allowing him weave his magic further out the field.

I have more news lads, better news thank god. PM if you want the scoop. Obviously I’ll be selective in who I reply to.

Go on

I’ll tell you nothing.

Ah you will please

Typical Galway. Tallying up the big scores in the early stages but found wanting when the big show happens.

Tipp lacking in defence again @ChocolateMice

League is league. But I suppose it’ll be a great old yarn for joe to tell for years, that he got a goal against the All Ireland champs.
Did the Tipp lads let him see their AI medals after the game I wonder.
