Whelan MOM. Made every ball that came his way stick. Makes a shite ball look good. One wide. Mannion was next best. Hanbury was great. Gearoid Mc is like his dad. Great bit of stuff but when in posession it’s 50/50 if he’ll give it away or not. David Burke and Coen’s faffing and fumbling with the ball aged me 10 years. Hard luck to tipp. They got some fantastic scores and make it look very easy at times.

Canning could have been taken off today. Unreal how he came though at the death like that. He looked frustrated at times and was sailing a bit close to the wind being on a yellow. He worked savage hard to get into the game and it paid off at the last minute. Literally.
