Cheers for that you’re a gent. Can’t believe Dennis is still alive. Great story.
One of them was a chef.
Doughbros are hugely popular with any visitors looking for a nice pizza spot. No harm to book in advance but it’s in the city centre and a short stroll from Eyre Square.
No bookings allowed for Dough Bros, I assume they like to encourage the queue outside
Tells ya how long ago I was in it anyways.
Pure Hype. Had an average enough experience there recently
I’ll be delighted if he picks the hunts man
The Huntsman is a fair bit out of town. I’ll ask hopper now and get back to you.
Seven on o Brien’s bridge isn’t a bad shout.
BlackRock cottage is ok if you’re out Salthill way.
These are family ones really
Fat Freddy’s on Quay Street would cover your bases.
I’ve had to walk out of the Huntsman twice. Half hour waiting for an order to be taken both times. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time.
Been there a couple of times, lovely spot but staying out the otherside and probably get into town and leave the car at the hotel.
[04/02, 21:32] Hoppy - Ireland: I’ll tell you what I’ll ask around whilst I’m out tonight and get back to you tomorrow
[04/02, 21:33] Hoppy - Ireland: Preliminarily I’d say in town seven is an Ok shout, finnegans is decent enough if you’re looking for a proper Irish pub that does food and drink, front door food or hole in the wall food I’ve heard is good
[04/02, 21:33] Hoppy - Ireland: I’ll get back to you tomorrow
[04/02, 21:33] Hoppy - Ireland: Also side note no chance you’ve a GAA jersey I can borrow for rag week?
Great lad
. Send on the address and we’ll send him up a Tipp geansai
I’ll be in Shannon tomorrow night. I can drop him up a Limerick one. He’ll be bating the lassies away.
The cycle of life. When they get married it’s your drill and box of bits, your trailer, your power washer or whatever bit of kit they need.
They’re waiting for me to die so they can divvy out these tools that I’ve managed to hold onto for a lifetime. I think Christmas presents may be taking a more practical turn this year if I live that long.
“Would you have €100 handy”……
Handsome burger is generally an excellent choice.
I’ve offered him my two best, a ballyhale shamrocks original, or, pride of place, my Tommy Varden
ICONIC
He’d better not lose that.
Some young wan will be away with it and you’ll never see it again.
