What kind of crusty transfers their vote from AAA-PBP to FG? You’d think it would stop before it got that far.

Did you see Joan on six one arrogance of her

Catherine Byrne’s transfers got AAA’s Brid Smith over the line in Dublin south central, maybe there was a pact going on between the Blueshirts and the Crusties that we didn’t know about.

652 the gap.

Dessie Shiels’ transfers only reduced the gap by 135.

Gallagher and McHugh have not yet been elected.

Unofficial tallies apparently indicating MacLochlainn will hold on.

Sinn Fein seemed to have performed very disappointingly in Dublin and haven’t really gained all that much territory with the exception of O’Broin. Sarah Holland and Donnelly were two that were very hotly tipped to get in but both performed really poorly. AAA-PBP seemed to have made big yards in the Labour areas of Dublin - fucking stickies would sicken you.

Conversely they seem to have done very well in the smaller urban cities like Limerick, Cork, Waterford etc. I wonder if they would have benefited running a second candidate in Galway West who was based in the city and hope that the running mate might have pulled the other one over the line. O’Clocartaigh seemed to transfer really poorly during the eliminations.

Rabbit on every radio station today still blaming ff for everything. That was ok for a couple of years but it started to cost them votes after a while

About time the left clash of provo and stockie was highlighted. The media ran away from that one. Well posted.

Boggers vote on locality

RTE are ran by stickies.

Some of these lefty groups loathe each other more than they would the traditional “right wing” parties.

How many seats have we now?

She is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, where she gained a Bachelor of Laws in 2002

I’d say 23/24.

But why would they transfer to FG? Spite?
Seems the more logical approach is not not go all the way down with preferences.

Martin Kenny takes a seat for Sinn FĂŠin in Sligo-Leitrim.

MacLochlainn 74 ahead with a surplus of 910 for Gallagher to be distributed.

Also 251 of McHugh to be distributed, this is going to go to the wire. Pringle will probably edge it.

Sinn Fein will be desperate for MacDonncha’s transfers to go over to running mate Denise Mitchell as it’s their only hope of getting a seat in Dublin bay north.

Need to get ahead of the AAA-PBP chap before elimination.

A lot of people vote all the way down on the ballot paper (or work their way up to their number 1). This may have been people giving higher preferences to the FGer than a member of traitorous Labour party.
